EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a clinically proven integrative approach to psychotherapy. It has been shown to be remarkably effective in the treatment of anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. This unique approach to processing trauma and anxiety allows the body to release stored memories, negative beliefs, feelings and physical symptoms.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting, developed by EMDR therapist and trainer, David Grand, PhD, is a body-centered psychotherapy. As a brain-based therapy, Brainspotting utilizes the body's natural abilities to identify, process and release core neurophysiological sources of pain, trauma, anxiety, depression and a variety of other troubling symptoms.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), is a form of psychotherapy
in which the therapist and the client work together as a team to help clients overcome their difficulties by changing their thinking, behavior, and emotional responses. Cognitive behavior therapy has been found to be effective in the treatment of a wide range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, behavior problems and acute stress.
